A neurodiversity-affirming learning collective offering thoughtfully designed programs that meet each child exactly where they are.
Integrated Learning Collective began with two educators sharing stories, questions, and a deep belief in what students are capable of.
Over the years, we have worked alongside students and families in schools, private practice, and specialized learning settings. We saw so many bright, curious children who simply needed the right support, the right environment, and someone who truly understood how they learn.
We also saw families trying to make sense of learning differences, executive functioning challenges, and school systems that did not always feel easy to navigate.
As we talked, we realized we wanted to create something that offered the kind of support we knew students and families needed: a place where all learners feel understood and supported, and families feel supported and equipped to advocate for their children.
So we decided to build something together. We envisioned a place where students could grow academically and build greater trust in themselves as learners. A space where learning feels meaningful, relationships matter, and students leave with a stronger sense of their own strengths. Our goal is for the skills and confidence they build to continue serving them long after our program ends.
This shared vision continues to guide everything we do. Whether we’re working one-on-one with a student, leading a small group, or partnering with families, our hope is that every child leaves feeling more confident, more capable, and more excited about learning.
We’re so grateful you’re here — and we’re excited to continue this journey with you.
We chose the name Integrated Learning Collective because learning does not happen in isolation. Students truly thrive when academics, executive functioning, social-emotional development, and their individual strengths are considered together.
We also believe that meaningful support includes the people around a child. By partnering with families, educators, specialists, and schools, we can help create greater consistency, understanding, and shared direction.
We call it a Collective because meaningful learning is built through collaboration, connection, and community. At its heart, our work is about helping each student feel empowered to grow through intentional learning that builds lasting confidence.
Meeting the needs of each learner through individualized guidance.
Thoughtfully designed, evidence-informed teaching.
Supporting organization, planning, and independence in learning.
Honoring how every child thinks and grows.
Educators and advocates reimagining learning that honors every learner.
