A proud UCLA Bruin, Devika earned her Master of Education from the UCLA Graduate School of Education & Information Studies, where she completed training in Cognitively Guided Instruction (CGI) and Culturally Relevant Pedagogy. With deep expertise in K-8 education, Devika is passionate about helping students develop strong foundations in structured literacy and mathematical thinking through engaging, multisensory practices. Her philosophy centers on building students' confidence, celebrating their strengths, and fostering a joy of learning.

Catherine brings more than a decade of experience helping students, families, and school teams navigate complex learning needs with clarity, care, and practical support. As a Learning Specialist, Educational Therapist, and co-founder of Integrated Learning Collective, she helps students build confidence, practical skills, and greater independence.
Her work is shaped by a longstanding interest in education and psychology. Catherine holds a master's degree in Psychology, an Educational Therapy Professional Certificate from UC Riverside, and a bachelor's degree in Human Development with a minor in Psychology from UC San Diego. Her early research at UCSF in child and adolescent mental health informs her understanding of how learning, development, confidence, and emotional well-being intersect.
Catherine has supported students with ADHD, learning and processing differences, anxiety, and executive functioning needs across independent schools, homeschool settings, and private practice. Her experience spans Learning Specialist and Educational Therapist roles, executive functioning and academic coaching, homeschool education, and school-based learning support leadership. She partners with families, teachers, counselors, tutors, and outside providers to coordinate support across home and school. Her work includes translating neuropsychological evaluations into practical accommodations and learning plans, and coaching organization, study skills, and self-advocacy.
Catherine has particular experience helping upper elementary through high school students navigate increasing academic demands and take greater ownership of their learning. At the heart of her work is helping students understand how they learn, recognize their strengths, and realize they are capable of things they did not think they could do.
Outside of ILC, Catherine is a bilingual educator with Mexican roots, a mom of two, a ballroom dancer, marathon finisher, and outdoor enthusiast.
